Actually no, since Blizzard limits the abilitiy of gold sellers to use trial accounts by forbidding trial accounts to whisper/invite people to groups.

Blizzard also has in-game GMs and is actually suing one gold-selling company (although I don't think there has been any progress in several months...)

I got programmed whispers and saw bots when I played in 2006. I saw none when I played in 2007.

That was on a high-population server, to boot.

i was speaking in relation to the original post, if you have more than half a brain you could figure that out. The OP referred to bots in Balthazar ID1, not bots in Ascalon or anywhere else. People began complaining about why nothing is done about bots specifically in Balthazar ID1, and so i responded to that. As to further replies about bots in Ascalon, and other places, i have yet to reply to that.

None? I see one every time I'm in Orgrimmar, every single time. Either a lvl 1 orc or troll, but they're there.

The issue, ladies, is not whether Arenanet profits on the bans. The issue is that players who advertize/utilize/profit from gold sales need to be banned.

Far more complicated than that. I'm on a PvE server so you'd need to agree to PvP to be killed. Even then, I don't think I can kill someone from my own territory.

Ultima Online has a 15 dollar fee, and look at the site what they have patched in a YEAR! Less then GW adds and fixes in a month!
